Originality, fantasy, lightness, and naturally taste are the protagonists of Barrique's menu, specifically created by Executive Chef Oliver Glowig, together with Daniele Corona, Resident Chef at Poggio Le Volpi: wonderful dishes made with ingredients of top notch quality, from the wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts to be found on the “wall of taste”, to the assortment of national and foreign cheeses chosen by the specialized network named De Gustibus, as well as meat and fish, which are carefully selected and combined creatively to surprise eyes and palates.
